Positive: I asked and received a family room, renovated, facing the mountains. The room is amazing - large windows, beautiful design, comfortable beds, relaxing colors. An amazingly inviting and pleasant room. One of the best I stayed-in in a hotel, definitely in the alps / ski resorts.

Negative: Breakfast was ok. There are 9 stairs from the parking to the elevator - not easy with luggage and aching knees.

Summary: It seems the hotel is renovating itself. The rooms are TOP quality. Hope they continue with the other facilities in the
