Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food from the dinner menu was excellent, especially the smoked trout! View from room was very n ice.

Negative: It is not super close to the heart of Innsbruck but easily accessible with a car and plenty of free parking for guests at the hotel. If you don't have a car it would be a tram ride that may take 15 to 30 minutes, from what we were told. We drove into town and it didn't take long (15 minutes/20 max from hotel to city center).

Summary: We will be back again. Excellent hotel!
