Summary: Personally like the self check in.. email with access codes and room information.. We arrived late and left early.. Parked on the hotel grounds.. not many spaces and no off site parking that I could see,so if it was busy parking could be an issue but not for me so all good. The room was more than adequate for me and my grandson.. two single beds side board and a workstation.. Seems like the rooms have been recently redone..new carpet.new beds and new furniture etc... We found it very comfortable and warm as it was the middle of November and very cold outside the heating worked a treat.. I'm not sure about others but personally all I look for is a clean bed and a hot shower.. again not disappointed as the shower was great plenty of hot running water and complimentary shower gel and soap was also available in the bathroom.. Can't advise on the area other than there is tram or train station across the road.. so overall very happy with our stay and would be happy to return...
