Location:
Directly by the ski piste (46 kilometer Piste, high cross-country skiing tracks, Fun park) in an absolutely quiet area, with a beautiful view in the Loferer Alm ski region. The chalet is reachable in winter by ski-lift / cable-car. Luggage transportation(with the owner of the hut). Accessible by car during summer (toll, once only).

Skiing and hiking area right beside the cabin, small bar (open during the ski season) in 80m, at good snow conditions sledding possible down to the valley, shopping convenience 4km away, inn within 1km, hiking tours to the Loferer Alm and to the water fall 1km away, tennis in 4 km.
Equippment:
The comfortable hut contains on the ground floor: living room with lounge and tiled stove. Integrated kitchen with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wood stove, fridge, toaster, coffee machine. Save garbage: The cabin has best drinking water and a soda stream device. 1 four-bed room, toilet. Upper floor: 3 double rooms (2 of them are with balcony), 1 large four-bed room, toilet, shower. Cellar: sauna with whirlpool, showers and relax room, toilet, panty. Freezer, heating with tiled stove and electrically, warm water boiler, satellite TV, radio. Wi-Fi (for a fee). Beside the cottage is a barn, where the cows get milked in Spring and Autumn for a period of about 3 weeks each, always in the morning and in the evening. In front of the hut are seats, a barbecue and sunbeds.

Electricity 0,50/kWh, local tourism tax 1,80/person/night, mobility tax as of the 1st of May 2025 0,50/person older than 15/night. Final cleaning 160,-, firewood 50,-. Bed linen can be rented for 9,- and towels for 6,50, if required. Dog 50,/stay. Additional person 20,-/night. Deposit 250,-.
