Summary: The staff are very professional and helpful. They go above and beyond to help. They are available late in the evening or early in the morning. The property is located 10 10-minute walk to the tram stop (49) and the metro stop (M4). However, it takes 30-35 minutes to reach the attractions. Rooms are fundamental, but spotless and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping service is excellent! I stayed for 6 nights. The room was not that comfortable for that long. But if you stay 1-2 nights, it is a great hotel to stay at. The breakfast is OK. There was a lot of meat stuff and not much for non-meat eaters :-)
