Positive: The receptionist (Kriszta) was extremely kind and helpful! She resolved my issue with the original room. She single-handedly salvaged to score for the place. The new room was spacious and without any flaws. If you book a stay with garden view, then you'll get a quiet room.

Negative: The original room was terrible especially for the price! The hotel is next to a 2x2 avenue with constant traffic. The room was facing the street and it felt the room had no soundproofing. My second issue was with the shower, which had a terrible crack on the floor. It was "repaired" with the most unprofessional way, which made it look unsanitary and unsafe at the same time. Breakfast is very limited in selection, again compared to the price. Maybe the pricing is more a BMW/city issue, rather than management choice.

Summary: Make sure you book room with garden view!
