The apartment is new and modern and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven etc. The spacious living room has access to the invisible balcony with marquise - which is in the sun from early noon. For cold days, the living room has a beautiful fireplace that provides cozy warmth and invites you to linger. A large bedroom with double bed and closet forms one of the two tasteful rooms. The second bedroom, each with a single bed, also has its own wardrobe (rooms are accessible from a minimum of 3 people). A large bathroom with toilet, corner bath and shower has a heated towel rail in addition to the underfloor heating. Another guest toilet with urinal is located next to the bathroom.
The apartment is in the countryside and yet close to the center and is therefore the ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes in the direction of the Moselle, Ruwertal or Saar. Those who would like to visit the city with its Roman buildings (Porta Nigra, cathedral, imperial baths etc.) can take the city bus (stop right outside the front door) to the city center in 15 minutes.
