Our names are Thomas and Nadja Menz. We bought Villa Maienlust 13 years ago and to this day all our heart and soul has flowed into this property. However, our home is known under the name Kober Villa and received the monument prize in 2006. With the rental we want to give our guests the opportunity to feel comfortable in a Wilhelminian style villa and Art Nouveau and to feel the touch of bygone days. By turning thought into reality, we created the possibility of this beautiful small and very elegant apartment “Le petit Charme”. Our guests have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the flair of a Wilhelminian style villa from 1907 that is unique in Suhl. Our apartment is approximately 59 square meters in size and is equipped with a living and dining area. A bedroom with a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm is separated by a sliding door. The living couch can be pulled out and also offers another sleeping option. A sophisticated bathroom and kitchen leave nothing to be desired. A cozy atmosphere awaits you inside, as well as your own terrace outside. Another highlight! From the beginning of summer until autumn, we invite you to use our exclusive pool area in classicist style. Swim and relax. The approximately 8000m² park-like garden can be explored. High up from the pavilion, you have a unique view of the city of Suhl. For your information! Suhl charges a tourist tax of two euros per night and person, which must be paid in cash on site.
