Positive: The location is good. Very close to city center without the need for public transport. Good value for money. Good communication with the host.

Negative: The place is very small compared with the pictures.I don't know what lens was used to take the pictures but the photographer did wonders. The refrigerator smell was awful. One lamp in the sauna was not working. The place needs a good cleaning.We found chewing gum under the bed, some dried mucus on the floor,lots of big spiders ,dirty bathroom corners and small spaces. The hot water is from an electric boiler that is not enough for a family of 4 to shower one after another. The electric boiler has somekind of an overflow valve that starts dripping once full and at night is very disturbing to hear that constant dripping. The AC unit started automatically at random hours at night. Very low space in the upper bed even for children. The building is old and the hallway looks kind of scary at night but we did not had any problems.
