The luxurious 115 m2, fully equipped penthouse has two double rooms (+ max. 4 additional beds; 1 double bed, 1 hotel sofa bed), a bathroom with shower and free-standing panoramic bathtub that invites you to linger. The toilet and urinal are created separately. The spacious open-plan living area offers a large flat screen TV, HiFi system, DVD & Blu Ray player. The cozy gallery with an exceptional view of the "Untersberg" invites you to relax. The high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine incl. Starter capsules.
We also thought of our little ones. The baby package with cot, high chair and bottle warmer is available free of charge in the apartment. Branded buggy free of charge if available.
You can relax on the partially green roof terrace and enjoy the view of the "Mönchsberg", the "Rainberg" and the villas in the Riedenburg district. The roof terrace with its cozy lounge furniture and comfortable sun loungers is the ideal place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day thanks to romantic lighting.
We are a "self-check-in" apartment. There is NO reception on site. Please note that it is absolutely necessary to have the pin code sent by us in advance upon arrival (approx. 1 week before arrival by email). This code replaces the key and opens your apartment during your stay!
All necessary registration formalities are ready for you in the apartment. In your own interest, we ask you to fill it out.
The housekeeper is there by the hour, otherwise she can only be reached by phone in urgent cases.
