Right next to the apartment is the Molinero Restaurant, which is run by the owners; breakfast can also be taken here. The apartment is also an excellent starting point for excursions within Tyrol. It is located directly at the protected landscape area "Serles - Habicht - Zuckerhütl", here you can go hiking or for example to the pilgrimage church Maria Waldrast (4,4 km). In winter, some ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. A day trip to Innsbruck is also well worthwhile, the city can be reached in only 28 minutes by car (23 km). The nearby Ski areas are: "Bergel alm" 5 Km (small and family-owned), "Serler Bahnen" 10 Km. The "Serler Bahnen" has also got a Sommerrodelbahn/ Summer toboggan run.
A Ski bus is free of charge and departs 500m away from the property. On request, the homeowner may offer to drive guests to the Ski lifts directly but, this must be organized on-site and is not always available.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
The two single beds have a special system and mattress, so that they can be joined together.
