Directly behind our house lies the Postalm, Austria’s largest continuous alpine pasture area, perfect for hiking and nature adventures. The Lammer River is also within walking distance and offers opportunities for swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water.
Our location is perfect for excursions: Hallstatt, St. Wolfgang, Lake Gosau, and the Lammerklamm Gorge are all easy to reach, and Hohensalzburg Fortress is just 30 minutes away. Winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to ski areas such as Dachstein West, as well as numerous trails for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
