Situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator, the apartment is located at the Favoritenstrasse's shopping street and have a nice view over Favoritenstrasse and the Viktor-Adler-Markt(Market). One station to U1 Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station).
The apartment is newly renovated and filled with new furnitures. The apartment is mainly decorated with Gustav Klimt's art paintings and also Spain Artist called "Tasirupekaharo".
There is a dining table in the kitchen.The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave,coffee filter machine, electric kettle,rice cooker and etc will give you the possibility to cook during your stay.
All necessary bed linens and towels are always provided fresh and clean.
The pillows and bedcovers are newly bought.
