In an old villa, in the immediate vicinity of Schönbrunn Palace / Zoo and subway station U4 Braunschweiggasse, we offer a completely newly renovated and furnished apartment that is equipped to a high standard.
If desired, we also offer breakfast and dinner, a very special experience for gourmets and wine lovers.

The 50 m² apartment consists of a beautiful living room decorated with works of art with a pull-out couch (140 cm wide, ideal for two more people for sleeping), where you can relax and enjoy. There is also an LED TV with international channels. The dining table with five chairs and the modern kitchen (microwave, induction cooker and dishwasher) give you the opportunity to try out your cooking skills. Salt, sugar, vinegar and oil are already there!

The bedroom, with a view of the sunny, quiet courtyard of the villa, has a large bed (160 x 190 cm). There is enough space for an additional bed (90 x 180 cm) if needed. An office table gives you the opportunity to work comfortably on your laptop, free high-speed WI-FI is available.
Towels and bed linen are always fresh and clean, as well as a hairdryer and soap.

Location:

- just a 1-minute walk to the Braunschweiggasse / U4 underground station, which takes you to the center in 15 minutes.
- 8 minutes walk to Schönbrunn Palace / Zoo.
- 5 minutes to the shopping center in Hietzing, one of the most distinguished districts in Vienna, with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
- Supermarket, pharmacy, a good Viennese restaurant and a good pizzeria are just around the corner.

Park:

- Parking on the street is possible (Mon-Fri 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. for € 2.00 / hour).
- We offer two parking spaces just a minute's walk from the apartment for € 9 per day. Reservation is required.
- If these parking spaces are no longer available, we recommend Park + Ride Garage Hütteldorf (cheap daily rates), Deutschordenstraße 3a, 1140 Vienna. From there, take the underground line U4 (green line), just two stops and a minute on foot and you are in your apartment.

We ask you to follow these simple house rules:

- This is a NON-SMOKING apartment.
- Be careful with all furniture and equipment. Do not do anything that you would not do in your own apartment,
- Avoid any noise from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM so that the other guests are not disturbed.
- Please take off your street shoes when entering the apartment.
- Switch off the light when leaving the apartment and lock the door.

Check-in / -out:

We are flexible. Please let us know in advance when you plan to arrive or leave the apartment. Milena & Andraž or our housekeeper will meet you in the apartment, hand over the keys and explain everything you need for your carefree stay.
