Positive: Very clean, comfortable, cute and peacefull apartment offering a very pleasant stay !!! ---Location is unbeatable!!!! Just 3 stops from Zurich main train station (( Bahnhofstrasse/HB tram stop )) and river by tram No 7. By tram No 15 you get off at ''Burkliplatz ''for the lake front or at ''Rathaus'' for the center of river and all sights around. ---The tram stop ''Sonneggstrasse''is just in front the building for No 7 , No 15 tram !!!! So convenient !!! ---Very beautiful and quiet area, beautiful surroundings !! ---Nice building, very clean and well maintained with elevator ( apartment is on 2nd floor) ---Kitchen is well equipped with all you may need . ---Staff ( Dimi) was very responsive and replied to all our questions before our arrival. In fact, 2-3 days before arrival you will receive all instructions about getting the keys. ((the key box is at a beside street, just 1-2min. walk, no problem )). ---We greatly enjoyed the balcony which is surrounded by beautiful trees and plants , with view to the neighbourhood!! Totally recommended !!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Travel Tip : Buy in advance the '' 24 hrs ticket'' for your transportation on trams, buses , within Zone 110 (( main District)) on internet. You can save the ticket on your phone or even print it. You may also buy it from the automatic maschines (( found at train station or at most tram stops)) but it can be complicated as there are many types of tickets in Switzerland......

Negative: I will not mention any negatives here, because i discussed my remarks with Dimi in a very detailed and productive conversation via e-mails after departure.Dimi was extremely kind and willing to understand and totally accepted my remarks and ensured me that everything will be arranged properly for the guests' best benefit........ So, i would stay there again for sure !!!
