Positive: Apartment is clean and it's equipment is enough for two people, you can find there the basic for shorter stay, although adding washing machine would be nice. Location is very good, in a quiet building, near the main road to Bad Ischl, Hallstatt etc.

Negative: We were dissapointed by the owner's behaviour. First there were surprising additional information for the stay after booking the stay. I don't understand why the cleaning is not included in the price. You either have to clean yourself or pay 40 € more. It's the first time I met with a condition like this. Also the time of leaving at 9 am at max. with the message that if you are seen there after 9, you pay for one more day is really strange... What made me upset the most though was situation, when we found the key box empty after we came. It took 1 hour of waiting and trying to call to the landlord. Fortunately a neighbour with spare keys was in the building, so after the call it was solved quickly. The owner didn't compensate this error in any way and didn't even reply to my question about it. So to summarize it - it's a quite nice and cheaper apartment but with significant drawbacks.
