Summary: The staff here were all friendly and helpful - 5 stars for staff. The security and convenience of the parking garage was excellent- 5 stars. The breakfast and lobby were very good for the price - one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. 5 stars for breakfast and lobby. The problem was the room: The room was very hot - you cannot significantly adjust the room temperature. Front desk confirmed this. I was miserably hot and could not sleep - 1 star. The curtains on the window were falling off - a 5 foot section had fallen off before our arrival and this is how they introduced us to the room. Also the beds were very soft and lumpy so no proper comfort or back support - 3 stars for the beds. Finally the “floating” night stand on one side of bed was broken and hanging down at an angle rather than flat, so between this and the large curtains hanging off of the window it just felt rundown and not cared for- it was a negative ambiance in the room.

Summary: Hotel is what it says on the tin.
Basic but comfy enough.
Air con wasn’t great so poor sleep due to it being way too warm.

Summary: Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bed was a little uncomfortable. I stayed in the same hotel previously though and things were a lot better so it may have just been the room i was given on this occasion.
