The large and bright living room with leather sofa bed (Intro by Franz finished, 1.50 x 2.10 m) has 2 more people, cable TV, DVD player and stereo system also has a dining area (Charles and Ray Eames chairs) with space for 6 people (2 extra chairs are provided, or are to be taken from the balcony). 2 more people can access a Lufmatratze (1.50 x 2.00 m) sleep, so that 6 people can stay.
