Description
Attractive apartment. The old floorboards of the original house have been used. This gives the apartment charm and warmth. The living room is cozy with an open kitchen. All facilities are available here, such as a dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. There is a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sun.

The walking routes start just outside the door of the apartment. Der Rothaarsteig invites to long hikes. This can also be done under the guidance of a guide. Inquire about this at the tourist office in Siedlinghausen. There are several restaurants available. Winterberg is only a few minutes away by car and has an extensive range of shops, boutiques and restaurants. The free bus takes you quickly to the center of Winterberg. Many leisure activities can be found in the immediate vicinity, such as swimming, sailing and much more. A train station can be found 200 meters, the bus stop 150 meters.

Conditions
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
