An open and wide green garden, with playing and sporting tools for children till 8-10 years. A large stone terrace and sitting area with sun loungers and hanging chairs from walnut tree with magnificent view on the city, and hills nearby. The region is wery wery rich on touristic attractions, historical castles (Keszthely,Sümeg, Rezi, Tátika),Hévíz- largest thermal(hot water) lake (allows outdoor swimming every day of the year), Balaton(largest sweetwater see of Europe),largest buddhist temple of Europe, many Thermal baths, aquaparks, outdoor and modernst fun parks all around, rich forest for hiking, many fishing lakes, many maneges, small local wineries, cellars with restaurants, fine dining restaurants, golf places and many more possibilities.
