Positive: Let me tell you what you need to know: when you travel, especially when you’re with your family and away from home, the most important thing is the people you meet and their kindness and empathy. We had a medical emergency during our stay here. My Husband needed to be hospitalized. Needless to say this is a very stressful event while traveling with your family abroad. Claudia was so empathetic so gracious and so helpful that I couldn’t even begin to express my appreciation to her. She came by several times during our stay to make sure I was fine. She allowed other members of our family that came to assist us to stay in the apartment. She gave us recommendations for activities with the kids while we are there, she offered to pick up my family members from the train station. She was amazing. The apartment is great, sure, but the most important thing is that you deal with a people’s person. Don’t even hesitate and book your trip here. Claudia, we can’t thank you enough, thank you for everything !
