Our cozy, very modern, sunny and friendly furnished apartment is on the 1st floor and is divided on two floors. To reach via a large outside staircase. In our studio (78m2) there is a kitchen with dining area and living room in one room.
The cozy TV corner can be partitioned off a bit, namely with a curtain to "separate". Depending on your individual wishes, you can do it yourself as you want. With an open dream location on the couch you can relax with a good film. The fully equipped kitchen is divided into 2 lines (on both sides) and invites you to a good meal. The dining area is very well thought out and space-saving. A table with 5 matching seating options. One bedroom is on the 1st floor (you can also convert the beds into 2 single beds) with a large sun window where you can hear the waterfall rushing open to relax.
Shower / toilet are also in the 1st Floor where you can also watch and hear the waterfall with the windows open. You can also open the window towards the river / waterfall in the living room. The shower is equipped with a glass cabin.
The 2nd Bedroom is on the 2nd Floor with skylights. Where you can enjoy the sunshine. Or even hear the rain brasseln, which creates a very homely atmosphere. With a challousie you can darken the roof window.
The two floors are connected by a beautiful wooden staircase with glass railings.
On the balcony (which is on the east side) there is also a table where you can enjoy a glass or two in the morning sun. Or in the afternoon you can enjoy the shade.
The apartment is not hot in summer because you only have morning sun.
A garden is also available to them. Namely a common garden for all my guests to use, which is however in the annex.
That means down from the outside stairs, past the horse stable and you're at the garden. This garden is available to you for free use with my other guests from the adjacent holiday apartment and holiday home. The grill is also available to use on request. A charcoal grill (charcoal available)
Since the street is right next door, you can park directly at your accommodation.
