Positive: Location to the track was awesome…..facilities were clean and staff were amazing (owner went above and beyond for us)

Negative: Shower water wasn’t hot and other people staying were very noisy (music and talking) way after midnight. I would say it’s a little over priced (you can stay at the Ritz for less)

Summary: Loaction and staff were amazing…location was great but a little pricey
