Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Doppelbettschlafzimmer mit TV und angrenzenden Vollbad, sowie über zwei gemütliche Einzelzimmer, wobei eines als Doppelzimmer mit Ausziehbett genutzt werden kann. Hierfür ist ebenso ein eigenes Duschbad verfügbar. Eine offene voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit 2 Terrassentüren machen die Wohnung zu einem Sommertraum. Denn die Terrasse kann bei voller Sonnenauslastung nur von Ihnen genutzt werden. Es befindet sich hinter dem Küchentresen ein Essbereich mit großzügigem Esstisch für 6 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer kuscheligen Rundecke und Flachbildschirm ein Wohlfühlplatz aller Urlaubsmitglieder und durch den angrenzenden Wintergarten sehr lichtdurchflutet.
Einen Abstellraum mit Staubsauger, Gartenauflagen, etc. kann von der Küche erreicht werden und erweist sich immer wieder als sehr nützlich.
Zu der Wohnung gehören selbstverständlich ein eigener Pkw-Stellplatz am Haus, sowie die kostenfreie Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist möglich. Außerdem ist ein Tchibo Cafissimo Compact Kaffeeautomat. vorhanden.
