Beautiful, well-kept 78 square metre holiday flat for 4 - 6 people on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. The house is located in the upper part of the village, a 15-minute walk from the village centre. 100 metres from the bus stop and an excellent bakery. Leukerbad has a picturesque village centre, 2 mountain railways (Gemmi and Torrent), several thermal baths, a well-equipped sports centre and many shops and restaurants.
The house has a lift and the flat has a single garage. There are also 9 parking spaces on both sides of the house. Shared use of the garden seating area. In the basement there is a ski room and a communal laundry room.
The living room and bedrooms were renovated and refurnished in 2021.
The two bedrooms each have a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 more people. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, fondue set, raclette oven. From our south-facing balcony (with folding table and garden chairs) you can see as far as the Rhone valley or over to the rock face (Gemmi) and from our east-facing balcony (with folding table and electric barbecue in the summer months) up to the Torrentbahnen ski area.
