Positive: The location was really good and the check in details were nice and clear, especially with the YouTube videos. The apartment was a really good size and nice and warm.

Negative: The locking mechanism on the door is really hard. Sometimes it would lock following the instructions and then other times it would still be unlocked. This meant we spent 5 minutes each time we wanted to go out, trying to lock the door. Whilst the shower was useable and fine, main shower head didn’t fully work meaning that we had to use the smaller handheld heads. Would also be nice to have more than 1 small towel each for a shower, especially for longer stays. Cleaning was majority fine but there was a dirty towel still left over in the bathroom from the previous stay.
