Positive: The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking was easy to find.

Negative: Supposed to be a semi automated checkin, but out of season there are no reception staff and if things go wrong it is incredibly difficult. Our phone access for the room didn’t work so they sent a cleaner to let us in. She gave us a fob for the door but it wouldn’t lock the door so we had to leave it open when we went out. A man tried to gain access to our room and when we opened the door he left very quickly. We were then asked to go to reception to pay city tax and parking fees, but it was clear the man there didn’t have a clue how to use the computer and it took 20 minutes to complete. Why have an automated system and no reception staff if you need to see someone to pay these fees? when we left we were told to wait while they went to check the room and it felt very awkward and I’ve never been asked to do that before and we travel a lot. Upshot for me is that this seems like a great resort and I’m sure in season it’s lovely, but I’d think twice out of season. we just wanted somewhere to sleep overnight but it turned into a headache. I’ve only scored this place 7 because the room itself was lovely. for everything else I’d say 3/4.
