The final stretch — a short climb up a steep ramp of 100 meters — might challenge your legs especially when you travel with large luggage, but the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn rising before you makes every step worth it.
Once you arrive, tranquility takes over. The setting is peaceful, picturesque, and perfect for unwinding. Smokers can enjoy the fresh mountain air from the terrace. And just in front of the terrace, you’ll spot the iconic Gornergrat train gliding past — a postcard-perfect scene that never gets old.
