Just renovated apartment and put on line in October 2016 ( I own 2 other apartments on holiday rental since 2003 with very good evaluations ).
Beautiful 55 sqm flat in a historical palace on Andrassy Avenue in the center of Budapest . Strategically located in the middle of the city .The building is in the junction with Daek Ferenc square . One metro stop is right outside the palace and at 150 meters you’ll find the intersection of 3 metro lines . The apartment is located 50 meters from St. Stephen's Basilica (the famous cathedral of Budapest), 300 meters from the famous Chain Bridge on the Danube River and 100 meters from the Hungarian State Opera House . The flat is at the intersection of the two most tourist districts (5th and 6th) so you can visit the majority of sites on foot or using public transports all present in Deak Ferenc s quare . Andrassy avenue is a world heritage site since 2002 . The elegant boulevard is one of Budapest’s major cultural hubs with a range of museums, exibition halls and exemple of fine architecture . All the international brands are present as well as all the Embassies have their headquarters in the Andrassy boulevard. Possibility of private transport from / to the airport .
The apartment has been recently and totally renovated.
