It can be reached via an approx. 1 km long, developed mountain road.
You occupy a cosy holiday apartment with balcony, on the second floor of the Boar Hof farm.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bedroom including bathroom as a separate room) and a living/dining room with kitchen. The separate bedroom is on the same floor, next to the holiday apartment, this is accessible via the common hallway.
On the balcony you have a magnificent view of the mountains, especially in summer a must!
In winter you can hardly find an object that is better situated!
In 3 minutes you are at the ski lift that takes you to the Wilder-Kaiser Brixental ski area and in 5 minutes you are at the Pengelstein ski lift. This takes you to the famous skiing area of Kitzbühel-Kirchberg.
But there is much to discover here in every season - countless mountain bike trails, a Kneipp facility, many hiking options and the Spertental landscape conservation area.
And all of this in close proximity!
From the balcony you have a magnificent view of the mountains, a must, especially in summer!
