The apartment is on the second floor of the app.-House's beach castle, just a few steps from the beach promenade.
The apartment consists of a living room with a flat-screen TV, stereo with DVD player, a balcony with a wonderful lake view, a bedroom with a high-quality double bed (1.60 m wide), another bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed (180 x 203) for 1-2 people. A children's travel bed can be placed here, provided that the sofa bed is only used by one person. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV. The apartment also has a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment is complete with high quality design planks or Tiles laid out. It is a non-smoking apartment. However, it can be smoked on the balcony.
A free beach chair is available during the summer season.
Due to the construction site on the property and the currently defective elevator, a special price of € 65.00 per day applies to all new bookers (with travel time until departure on December 21, 2019 at the latest) (each booking for 2 people) Person pays an additional 11.50 € per day).
There is a large meadow opposite the apartment house.
A Bavarian week with daily live music will take place there from 14 to 18 August 2019.
From the 14th to the 15th September 2019 the meadow will be used as the start and end point for the Xletix Challenge. Loudspeaker announcements must be expected on these days.
