The semi-detached house "Captain Clausen" is located in a quiet former fishing settlement, a short walk (less than 500 m) via the Förde hiking trail to the beautiful sandy beach, with beach chairs and shower, and hardly any longer to the fishing and marina, where you can catch freshly caught fish can buy from the cutter.
On two floors you have optimal conditions for 4-6 people (4 adults and 2 children). On the ground floor is the spacious, fully equipped, light-flooded kitchen with a large dining table, various other comfortable seating and direct access to the terrace and the large private garden. In the adjoining living room with sofa bed you have enough space for cozy hours in front of the TV or enjoy the evening with a good book. You can also access the terrace and garden from the living room.
A charcoal grill is available for joint barbecues.
On the first floor are two separate bedrooms. A bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), and another bedroom with a sofa bed and a built-in closet. You have the choice, there is a modern shower room with daylight on both floors.
A workstation with internet connection is available in the dormer of the spacious hall on the upper floor. The car parking space is located directly at the house. You can park your bicycles in the garden house protected from the weather.
Heikendorf is located on the Fördewanderweg, which takes about 3 km to walk or bike to Laboe. From the house you are in about 3 minutes by bus, which takes you directly to Kiel. A ride on a steamer, which leaves directly from the harbor, is certainly much nicer than taking a bus, with which you can commute not only to Kiel, but also to Strande. But Heikendorf itself has a lot to offer: tennis, golf, skater park, submarine monument, artist gallery and art museum .... The Heikendorfer beach with the newly designed promenade offers various options for a leisurely breakfast, coffee, sundowner or dinner with a view of the fjord and the lively boat activity. The sunset over the fjord is always beautiful! For breakfast on the in-house terrace: The family business Bäcker Schlüter, Der Brotmacher, 700 m from the house, bakes itself; old bakery with wood oven.
