Our new furnished Apartment is located in the inner city center next to Karlskirche / St. Charles Church and Resselpark. The opera house “Staatsoper”, Museum Albertina and the glamourous shopping street “Kärntner Straße” are within easy walking distance. Vienna´s famous market Naschmarkt is also close to the apartment, where you can buy everything fresh or you can eat in the numerous restaurants and gourmet stores. Perfect for families or friends who travel together. Both rooms are very spacious and offers the possibility to sleep for up to 8 guests. There are 2 king size beds (180x200cm) and 4 singles (90x200cm). The beds are very comfortable with a thick matrace 30 cm height, which are esssential for a restful sleep. We provide clean sheets at no charge. Modern leather couch, flat scren TV, more than 3000 channels from all over the world, fast WiFi connection. In the kitchen you will find all basic things for cooking and eating: Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker and coffee maker, pans, pots, plates, knives, pasta drainer, salad bowl, wine opener, numerous glasses for water, beer and wine, cups, etc. There is also a modern table with 8 seats where you can enjoy your meal. Large bathroom with bathtub-(with glass panel where you can shower very comfortable) and 2 wash basins, washing machine and dryer and of cours a hairdryer. We provide fresh towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo. Separate toilet room. There is heating in all rooms and a ventilator for the hot days. There is an elevator in the building but you won´t need it, the apartment it´s situated on the half stock oft he building. Parking: you may park one car in a garage, close to the apartment, using a special card wich we provide for free, the height limit is 1,90m.
