Positive: The location to station very good. The common space on 3rd floor pleasant and ablutions sufficient and clean. Fortunately the nightclub wasn't operating.

Negative: Self entry was a disaster as the owner was not available and neither was the emergency back up person. It was by sheer luck I gained entry, was able to get a towel and was given a functioning keycard. Thanks to Chris! Could be noisy in summer as located above a nightclub.

Summary: Access was a disaster but accomodation perfectly fine. Situated above a nightclub.
