This beautiful rustic and detached wooden chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in a chalet park on the edge of the village of Stadl an der Mur, directly in the border triangle of Styria/Salzburg/Carinthia and near the Kreischberg ski area.
The chalet is comfortably furnished and offers a large living/dining room with a dining table and an open kitchen with modern appliances. From the living room you have direct access to the large and partially covered terrace. There is a wonderful garden around the house. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom and space to store your skis. On the first floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with an extra single bed) and another bathroom. To relax after a nice hike or a day of skiing, you can use the private sauna. Parking is available directly at the chalet.
A few minutes' walk from the chalet is the lively village center of Stadl an der Mur with shops and restaurants. Only 15 km away is the town of Murau with a beautiful old town and a wonderful golf course.
The chalet is in a perfect location to the neighboring ski areas Kreischberg (approx. 15 minutes) with 42 kilometers of slopes, Hirnkopf-Flattnitz (Glödnitz) in Central Carinthia (approx. 20 minutes) with 8 kilometers of slopes and 5 lifts, Turracher Höhe, one of the most diverse ski areas the Southern Alps with 43 kilometers of slopes and 15 cable cars and ski lifts (approx. 30 minutes), the Prebersee high-altitude cross-country ski run in approx. 30 minutes and the cross-country skiing area in Schönfeld - Innerkrems (approx. 40 minutes).
In summer there are activities such as Nordic walking, rafting on the Mur or visiting scenic highlights such as the UNESCO Nockberge Biosphere Park or the Styrian Krakow with its shadow lake. The Stadl leisure facility directly in Stadl an der Mur with a 7000 m2 swimming lake offers lots of swimming fun!
