In an idyllic location, directly on the house lake, there is a holiday apartment with a separate entrance and lake view in the owners' very well-kept residential property of approx. 2,000 sqm. The lake can be reached from the property through a small door and can be used for swimming and fishing (fishing licences available in the village). Wellness and physiotherapy services are also available on request.
The approx. 50 square metre, centrally heated holiday apartment for up to 4 people is spread over three levels. The lower level has a beautiful conservatory with access to the terrace. On the middle floor is the living room (sofa bed for 2 persons, flat screen TV, radio, CD player) and the kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances) and on the upper floor the bedroom (double bed, small sitting area) and the bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). From all rooms and the terrace you have a beautiful lake view. Insect screens are fitted to the windows.
There is also a car park, seating and sun loungers in the garden, barbecue, bicycle storage, free WiFi and two ladies' bicycles (EUR 7.50/day each). The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid for on site: bicycle (EUR 7.50/day) if required. Pets are not allowed in this property.
Wichmannsdorf is a district of the municipality of Boitzenburger Land in the district of Uckermark and is located in the centre of the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park. The glacial region with its rolling hills, wide fields, clear lakes and dense forests is one of the most beautiful areas in Brandenburg and is excellently developed for cycling, hiking and water tourism. Paddlers in particular will find ideal conditions here thanks to the interconnected lakes, Wichmannsdorfer Haussee, where you can swim and fish (fishing licence available in the village), a village church worth seeing and a lovely café (open at weekends). Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in Boitzenburg, approx. 4 km away, where the stately castle, a former moated castle that was converted into one of the most magnificent aristocratic residences in Brandenburg, the castle park designed by the famous garden architect Lenné, the stables opposite with a chocolate factory, picturesque half-timbered houses and St. Mary's Church, which towers above the village, are particularly worth seeing.
