The house with spacious rooms and the charming garden scores with numerous extras that make a stay unforgettable: including a sauna in the basement to relax, a magical swimming pond that invites you to swim between May and September, the delightful bathhouse and a lovely glazed veranda with a large dining table.In addition to 4 satellite TV televisions and WiFi, there are several loungers, parasols, a grill and a romantic outdoor fireplace. There are 5 bicycles waiting to be used for excursions in the area.On the ground floor there is a large living room with two sofas and a dining table for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen offers you a small dining table with bench and 2 chairs. From the kitchen you can also get into the unheated winter garden. On the ground floor there is next to the anteroom and a walk-through room as a bedroom with a bed and a box as well as a bedroom with a spacious shower, washbasin and its own box.On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds and walk-in closets. One of the bedrooms has a small balcony. The bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and separate shower is also on the upper floor.

The pond liner poses a significant risk of slipping.From April to November the lawn is mowed by a robot lawn mower. Watch out for objects lying on the lawn. No liability for damage caused by the landlord. During your rental period, there will be no snow removal on the access path to the house.
