The holiday house is 2km to the east of the centre of Matrei and, with its proximity to the country road, it offers an ideal combination of rural peace and quiet right on the edge of the forest and the benefits of the nearby village centre.
It is a 60m² oasis of well-being on the ground floor, where a maximum of five people can leave everyday working life far behind. After an exciting day, children and adults can sit together in the big seating corner in the living room-kitchen and enjoy a game together. An additional stove makes it particularly cosy. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds. A fifth bed (sofa bed) can also be set up in one of the rooms. At the end of the day you can relax in the bathroom under the shower with massage jets.
The site ends right by the edge of the forest, where children can experience great adventures. The access road is very quiet and so of no danger to young adventurers. In the meantime adults can relax on the sunny terrace with garden furniture and enjoy the wonderful mountain setting with a glass of wine, or sunbathe in the garden.
