The townhouse, built around 1890, we have completely renovated and furnished for three years with great attention to detail. Here we had a lot of ecological, high-quality construction and comfortable living. We deliberately chose natural materials such as loam plaster, lime paint and lots of solid wood.
A cozy leather sofa, oven and Hifi enjoyment in the living area, a gas hob, granite countertop and installation radio in the open kitchen, a floor-level Rainshower shower, XXL mirror and built-in radio in the bathroom, quality mattresses and blackout curtains in the bedrooms and a quiet ventilation system, wall heating every exterior wall, underfloor heating on the ground floor for pleasant warmth in the cold season are just some rough features here.
To relax after an eventful day invites you the romantic courtyard with a spacious terrace, comfortable seating and barbecue. The wonderfully prepared "old coal shed" can be used as a bicycle garage, as a playhouse for children and children or as a cozy shelter for smokers in bad weather.
The cottage is very centrally located near train station (5 minutes walk) and water district (8 minutes walk). The sights of the city are thus within easy walking distance.
