Positive: The property was exactly like the photos and description. It is an upstair apartment in a small house-like structure attached to other houses. The neighbors seem to be other family members which is very nice. The garden has fruit trees and a small chicken coop and we had fun seeing the chickens on their daily walk around the garden. There is a pretty area for hanging out and barbecueing with a view of the lake in the distance. We were very comfortable in the apartment and used the kitchen a couple of times. The house is a ten minute walk to the pretty lakeside village of Mergozzo which has nice cafes and restaurants. There are small, nice beaches about five minutes away that have pedalo boats, stand up paddles and a bar for snacks. Lago Maggiore is nearby but you feel worlds away from the touristy parts. We really enjoyed our stay!

Negative: My only suggestion for improvement was for the app to provide a more detailed address for the property. We had some difficulty finding the house but we were lucky that the owner saw us from their window and called us over.
