From the balcony there is a wonderful view over the lake. The location also makes trips to Italy and Slovenia possible.
The location is also perfect in winter! Only 2500 meters from the Kanzelbahn gondola to the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with almost 70 kilometers of slopes, you can quickly reach the beautiful ski slopes of Carinthia.
