The brand new built apartment is located on the Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße, very close to the city center. It only takes you about 7 minutes by public transports to get to the main square. It's right next to the convention center. A supermarket is located on the ground floor in the same building and many more shops are in walking distance. The apartment is completely new furnished with an
exceptionally large balcony and a big king sized bed.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a centrally located building. It has the biggest balcony of the whole apartment complex, looking onto the 'Stadion Libenau' and in the meadow-covered inner courtyard of the residential building.
Bedroom: Bed size - 180 x 200 cm, pillows and blanket are included. Accommodation of a third or forth person is possible on the sofa bed. Full bedlinen are provided.

You will also find the 'Stadion Libenau' also known as the 'Merkur Arena' and the 'Messe Graz' close by.
Public Transport: You will find a tram station right in front of the building. You can take every tram to get right to the heart of Graz and to the main traffic hubs of Graz, from which you can explore the city. A bus station is also just 2 minutes away.
Parking: If you arrive by car, there is the possibility to park at the 'Stadiongarage' for 8€ per day. There are also other inexpensive ways to park very close to the apartment. If you book the apartment, you will get a link from me within which I show you all the other possibilities to park.
