Amazing lake and mountain view in a completely indipendent flat. Total privacy and relax in front of a fireplace or near summer swimmer pool located in the residence garden. The flat is the first coming up from the private road entering the residence. Access to the flat is direct from the private road. The flat is located directly on the lake with a window terrace that can be opened completely. The flat has two rooms (one on the lake side and one on the mountain side), there is a separare gallery upstairs, where you can access through mobile stairs, a sitting room with a bed sofa. There is a kitchen a bathroom and a separate wc bathroom. Parking is available free in the private road or in my garage. A community laundry is available downstairs, it is external to the flat. The swimming pool is for all the residence, generally very quite, and is located 100mt from the flat up the private road where the garden is located. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool area.
