Positive: It's a large house and it has a large livingroom with 2 tables (just enough space to sit around these tables with 13 adults) A modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave/oven and XXL fridge. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Even a few rooms on the ground floor. Enough space to park 4-5 cars in front of the house (if you arrive early, otherwise people claim these spots because there is not a lot of parking space along the street) Terrace and restaurant in Haus am Stein, only a few hundred meter from the Ferienhaus. Bakery and supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance.

Negative: Only just enough rooms where open to accommodate our group. The other rooms where kept close obviously so they did not have to clean them (which is understandable). But if you wanted to see the other rooms you had to go to the property keeper. We had 1 room without a key, so the people in that room had to leave the door unlocked. We had another room without a key, the property keeper opened it for us but if you closed the door you could not open it from outside. We went to the property keeper and she promised to send someone over with a spare key but that person never showed up. So we had to make sure we left the door open a little (which was difficult because the door of the room opened inside the living room and people kept walking into the door all the time.) We had 2 rooms with very poor beds (very thin mattrasses and you could feel the wooden slats under the mattresses in 1 room, and springs of the mattress sticking in your back in the other room)
