Summary: Gerne hätte ich meine Probleme mit Belvilla direkt geklärt, aber letztendlich melden die sich nicht auf meine Rügen. Insofern wird mir nun wohl nichts übrigen bleiben, als meine Rechte über einen Anwalt geltend machen zu müssen. Sehr schade, dass die das einfach aussitzen wollen. Hier sind jetzt einmal die gröbsten Rügen: • Vor unserer Anreise habe ich zweimal jeweils eine E-Mail mit Anfragen an den örtlichen Hausansprechpartner geschickt und keine ist bis heute beantwortet worden. • In der Küche waren beide Kühlschränke zwar freundlicherweise schon angestellt als wir ankamen, doch waren nach 6 Stunden die Lebensmittel (u.a. Frischfleisch) in beiden Kühlschränken noch immer nicht kühl. • Einer der Kühlschränke ist am Freitag sogar noch ausgelaufen und ganz ausgefallen. Die beiden örtlichen Hausansprechpartner sind zwar schnell gekommen, standen aber nur untätig daneben, kündigten Hilfe an, wurden aber anschließend nicht mehr gesehen. Einer aus unserer Gruppe brachte den Kühlschrank dann seinerseits irgendwie wieder an´s Laufen. Das war aber nun wirklich nicht unser Job. • Der Wasserhahn in der Küche funktionierte zunächst nicht und einer aus unserer Gruppe musste dann wieder ran und machte ihn irgendwie wieder wenigstens halbwegs funktionstüchtig. U.a. ist er wohl völlig verkalkt. • Der Gas-Herd mit 5 Kochstellen ist kaputt. Die mittlere Platte funktioniert, die hinten links funktioniert nur stotternd, was bei Gas sehr gefährlich ist. Die vorne links lässt sich nicht auf Dauer mit Gas versorgen, man müsste dort dauerhaft den Knopf drücken. Die beiden rechts habe nur eine minimale Gasversorgung. Letztendlich waren daher nur 2 von 5 Kochstellen überhaupt nutzbar und eigentlich nur eine sicher. • Der Backofen war völlig verdreckt und erbringt keine Hitze. Nicht einmal wirklich warm kann man dort Sachen halten. • Bei der Spülmaschine sieht man nicht, wenn sie fertig ist. • Zwei Doppelzimmer waren ganz abgeschlossen. Damit hatten wir nicht mehr für alle Ehepaare ein Doppelzimmer und teilweise mussten Ehepaare daher getrennt schlafen. • Keines der Zimmer hatte einen Schlüssel und war abschließbar. • Im Bad in der ersten Etage ist irgendetwas undicht. Das hatten wir auch bei der Ankunft der Hausverwaltung vor Ort gesagt, doch es wurde nicht einmal aufgewischt oder gar repariert. • Direkt vorne im Zimmer 1a funktionierte das Deckenlicht nicht und bei der Beistelllampe fehlt der Lampenschirm und funktionieren tut sie ohnehin nicht. Damit war auch dieses Zimmer unbrauchbar. • Einige Fenster lassen sich auch nicht öffnen oder nur in die Kipp-Stellung. • Sehr viele Lampen an der Decke haben keinen Lampenschirm, sondern die blanken Glühbirnen sind nur vorhanden. • Viele Waschbecken sind verstopft und der Wasserablauf auch bei einigen Duschen funktioniert nicht richtig. • An nahezu unendlich vielen Stellen waren Spinnweben etc. und zwar offensichtlich welche die über eine sehr lange Zeit sich entwickelt haben müssen. • Am Schlimmsten ist Zimmer 5 gewesen: verstopfter Waschbeckenablauf, defekter Rollade, tote Fliegen an der Decke, keine Lampenschirme wie im ganzen Haus und die Nachttischlampe musste auch erst geflickt werden • Draußen für den Balkon gibt es zu wenig Tische und zu wenig Stühle um selbst mit unserer eher kleineren Gruppe (im Verhältnis zur Hausgröße) überhaupt sitzen zu können. • Die zwei bzw. drei Grill´s draußen im Garten waren völlig verdreckt. Offensichtlich sind sie nach der letzten Benutzung nicht einmal grob sauber gemacht worden. An den Grillrosten klebten noch die Fleischreste von der letzten Benutzung, Asche war noch vollständig vorhanden und offensichtlich sind die 3 Roste ohnehin so gut wie nie sauber gemacht worden. Eine Grillzange war übrigens auch nicht vorhanden. Das sind jetzt nur die gröbsten Punkte. Die beiden örtlichen Hausverwalter sagten, dass am Wochenende vorher irgendeine größere Party mit Bierwagen dort statt gefunden haben soll und dass deshalb dort einiges kaputt gegangen sein soll. Das mag ja so sein, ist mir aber letztendlich egal. Ich habe den regulären Preis bezahlt und kann daher auch eine reguläre Unterkunft verlangen. Wir konnten nicht kochen wie wir wollten und die Kühlschränke kühlten unsere Lebensmittel nicht, dazu die ganzen Mängel und nicht erledigten Reparaturen. Wir hatten das auch den örtlichen Ansprechpartnern sowohl bei unserer Anreise (zufällig war einer der beiden gerade dort) als auch beim Ausfall des einen Kühlschrankes (als beide recht schnell kamen, aber nichts machten) gesagt und gerügt. Angeblich durften sie aber nicht einmal einen Ersatzkühlschrank kaufen obwohl der eine auslief und nicht funktionierte.
