The holiday home is situated in a quiet location in a residential area on a fully fenced plot of around 3600 square metres together with several other houses, some of which are used privately. The nearest restaurant, bakery and shops are only a few hundred metres away. Lake Tollensesee is about 6 kilometres away. The approximately 100 square metre holiday home was completely renovated in 2016 and can accommodate up to 5 people. The holiday home is comfortably furnished and designed as an open-plan loft. On the lower level, it has a spacious living area with a sofa (extra bed for a 5th person possible), 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD player and dining area as well as an open-plan kitchen area with electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and another small dining area as well as a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer. A staircase leads from the living area to the open-plan sleeping area. This has a double bed and a large sofa bed. From there you can also access the roof terrace with a view of the city of Neubrandenburg. The holiday home is equipped with central heating and is also available: WLAN, 2 sun loungers, bicycle storage room and 1 car parking space. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. Two bicycles can be rented for 5 EUR/day each. Please note: The property is NOT rented to workers/fitters.
