Positive: The host was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating regarding check-in time. He provided more than enough instructions for me. The apartment is very nice; spacious with everything needed for a short stay. Everything worked well, from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom. Great value for money.

Negative: The apartment was clean for the most part, but if I am being critical, there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom and a few minor issues like spider webs around the furniture and cigarette butts in the ashtray. However, these did not bother me and were a very minor inconvenience.

Summary: Exactly what I had hoped for: a friendly host and a great apartment. Highly recommended.
