Positive: We got a pass to access the mountain cars of many regions, including Mellau. The location was surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains, and the balcony view was stunning. The staff were very kind and helpful. Fresh bread was available every morning for breakfast, and there was a coffee machine where you could use your own favorite beans. The room was clean, the kitchen had all the basic utensils (spoons, knives, etc.) neatly organized, and everything was tidy and in order. I also really appreciated that they gave me a thoughtful birthday gift, which meant a lot to me.

Negative: There were quite a lot of flies and mosquitoes, but maybe that is just part of being in such a natural mountain area.

Summary: A warm, welcoming stay with beautiful views, kind staff, and thoughtful details that made our trip special.
