You stay comfortably in a fully equipped holiday flat in a dreamlike panoramic location on the idyllic Penningberg - ideal for a small family with two children. You have a sunny terrace at your disposal, where you can really get lost in thought in a deck chair and enjoy the Tyrolean mountains. The ski bus is only a few metres away from the house and takes you directly to the gondola station of the SkiWelt Hopfgarten.
The house is situated on a high plateau at approx. 830 m above sea level, surrounded by a breathtaking mountain world.
The location is very sunny and quiet in an open area with a view into the beautiful Brixental. A free ski bus (SkiWelt Wilder-Kaiser/Brixental), an inn and a riding stable are in the direct vicinity (approx. 50m). The cross-country skiing trail (skating and classic), as well as hiking and biking trails from the house and an exciting natural toboggan run (Haagalm) always inspire our guests and offer a colourful programme of activities for the whole year. Direct access to the KAT Bike is also possible in front of the house.
The Hohe Salve region in the Kitzbühel Alps is home to one of the largest and most modern ski areas in the world - the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental invites you to an eventful skiing holiday in winter.
