The property is situated on a little hilly elevation, with a beautiful view of the foothills of the Alps, various mountain chains and Ibmer See. In good visibility, you can see from Bavaria into the Salzkammergut. The house is on a little private road that only leads to four weekend houses, without through traffic.
The apartment totals 115m². The ground floor of the apartment measures around 55m² and consists of a living room, a TV and a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining corner, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bidet. As the ceiling is very high, an additional floor has been created with a second bedroom with a double bed, as well as a little guest toilet. There is also a further little bedroom.
There are two terraces. One terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and two garden loungers. The site is fenced in and therefore also suitable for children and dogs.
It is only 800 metres to the nearby moor lake. There is a local bakery for fresh bakery items. There are longer and shorter moor walking paths and ideal cycle paths in the area. Trip destinations include Burghausen (e.g. longest castle fortification in Europe, jazz events etc.), the city of Salzburg, the Salzkammergut with the Upper Austrian lakes, and in winter there are various ski resorts within about an hour.
